I am so glad they are finally building in San Tan Valley Az, we the people have given most of our money to Queen Creek. I hate to say it but QC did it right they started with business first and than housing, so people went from all over to shop in QC, so it’s about time San Tan Valley brings in revenue to this town yay!!!!

To the people in charge of roadways in Pinal county; there is a growing crisis coming on three main roads that need your immediate attention. As you probable know, Hunt highway, Ganzel/Ironwood, and Ellsworth are in dire need to be made into 6 lane boulevards to handle the traffic that already are jammed during rush hours, but also most of the days now. The fast track homes out on Ironwood is going to make it almost a parking lot during rush hours. These roads are the life line for the people in San Tan Valley. Emergency needs such as fire, police and/or evacuations would be hard to accomplish as the roads are now. These should All should be widened from Highway 60 toHunt headed south to Florence and Coolidge. Time is of the essence.

What about the Safeway at the SW corner of Riggs and Gary? Anything else going on that corner?

My name is Jim Anderson and I am a partner in a new restaurant being built at the Skyline Ranch Marketplace on the NE corner of Hunt Hwy. and Gary Rd. Your posting states under the (ZON) which is actually the ZONE says our restaurant is called Tailgaters Tavern. That is incorrect. Please update our name to be correct.....
Our restaurant opening in early 2026 is "TASTEFUL TAILGATES".
We are a Seafood, Steak and Sports bar concept with over 250 seats inside (35 bar stools), big screen TV's and 50 seats on the outdoor patio with misters.
Could you please make the correction to the correct restaurant as soon as possible.
