Hello,
Just moved here from Mesa. I would have to say I love it out here. However, living on Arizona Farms and Felix we could benefit from a Grocery store and Gas station this would be essential to the community. These would highlight a great outlook out here. Patience is progress. Just crossing my fingers that it is in the works.
When are you going to update the listing for Gary and Skyline??? There is NO WAY all of those businesses will fit on that parcel!!!!
How about some cultural restaurants? I’m sick of the big box chain, copy and paste crap.
Where’s the Indian food?
Pho?
Korean?
Anything cultural honestly.
This town has an opportunity to actually become an even better town, but all they’re bringing in is crap stores that we already have a few miles away. Super lame to see most of these.
Please change the name from Tailgates Tavern to Tasteful Tailgates. You have listed it incorrectly on the website for the Skyline Ranch Marketplace.

When are we going to see Hunt Highway expanded to 3 or 4 lanes in each direction for the entire length through San Tan Valley ? The traffic problem is already horrible and with all the homes and businesses being built it is going to end up being a parking lot, not to mention the safety concernd for fire, police and medical issues.

Can a person advertise their business services, such as real estate, on this page? If so, how do I go about doing that?
When is Hunt Hwy going to be expanded due to the traffic mess now and when the stores and apartments along the road where it is 6 lanes south to north where it meets with Ellsworth going to happen?. In a real emergency evacution it would be impossible to get out of the area in any sort of time !. It needs to be widen by 6 lanes to handle the coming traffic influx asap.
I think some of the businesses have opened up since the last update.

When are we getting a sportsman’s warehouse or Dicks sporting goods, or big 5 sporting goods!! or something??
What about Hunt Highway and Spring Valley Parkway/ San Tan Heights Blvd?

The only thing we’re missing are local sit down restaurants. Every corner is a new drive thru and automotive shop, but nothing is giving us a sense of community.
San Tan Valley is growing quick which is great, but I feel we’re lacking a “downtown” and community center like other cities here have.
How can we make a change?
