The map includes 65 locations and displays tasting opportunities in Arizona's three wine-growing regions -- Sonoita, Willcox and the Verde Valley. Urban areas are also marked.

Each wine experience is marked by a colorful icon indicating what is available at that location. A purple grape stands for a vineyard. A red wineglass indicates a tasting room. Wineries can be found where a brown barrel is on the map. A green wine bottle marks a multiuse location.

Users can also find directions, hours of operation and facility websites all in one location.

"Arizona's wine experience is fast becoming one of our state's most popular tourism assets and contributes more than $40 million to the state's economy," said Debbie Johnson, director of the Arizona Office of Tourism. "The Arizona Wine Trails Map is a wonderful and innovative online tool that can help us further promote this authentic Arizona visitor experience."

The Wine Trails map is hosted at the Arizona Experience "Arizona Wine Country" page and at the Arizona Office of Tourism's VisitArizona.com site. The map includes a brief story of Arizona's wine country and a description of each of the three wine-growing regions.
