Pinal County Public Works will be paving Hunt Hwy from Johnson Ranch Blvd/Gantzel Rd to Magma Rd March 19th thru 22nd.
Earlier this week, crews removed asphalt to prepare for the paving of Magma Road from Superstition Views to Stardust Drive.
Work is currently taking place on the south end of the project, from Johnson Ranch Boulevard/Gantzel Road through Magma Road on Hunt Highway to construct improvements.
Pinal County public works will begin the roadway rehabilitation project on Ocotillo Road between Ironwood Drive and Kenworthy Road on March 18th. Work on the existing 3-lane road is expected to last through the end of July 2019.
As part of the work on the east side of Hunt Highway, crews are currently constructing a box culvert under the driveway/roadway at the entry to Shops at Copper Basin, with the driveway to Shops at Copper Basin closed for this work.
Wednesday morning, January 23, Magma Road will be reopened to traffic.
