FULL CLOSURE: Intersection of Gantzel Road/Bella Vista June 25th - 27th

This means an inconvenience that will be reduced to 3-days (targeting the weekend) rather than 30-days or more continuously affecting residents/commuters using the intersection.

The detour for commuters coming Southbound on Gantzel Road will be asked to use Empire Blvd/Gary Rd/Hunt Highway as alternate route. Those commuters heading Northbound (or from Bella Vista Rd west of Gantzel Road) will be asked to use Hunt Highway as their alternate route.

Residents in the Rancho Bella Vista South Community will still be able to go East/West across Gantzel Road at the Denim Trl/Rebecca Ln alignment. Another option would be taking Bella Vista Eastbound to Quail Run Ln/Skyline Dr/Schnepf Rd/E Combs Rd to go north or use Quail Run Ln/Attaway Rd/E Arizona Farms Rd to go South. Please be advised that the speed limit within residential streets is 25 MPH at all times.

All of the Johnson Ranch/Rancho Bella Vista Communities adjacent to Bella Vista Road west of Gantzel Road will still have access to use Bella Vista Rd/Hunt Hwy as their route NW/SE.

Suggested alternative routes are located on a map provided by a link listed below.

Only emergency access will be allowed through the intersection for all fire/law enforcement in the area.

Variable message boards have be placed throughout the area to notify residents and motorists.
