Upcoming Public Comment Session on Johnson Utilities and Epcor


On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, the Arizona Corporation Commission will be taking telephonic public comment regarding Johnson Utilities L.L.C sale of assets and CC&N transfer to Epcor Water Arizona Inc.

The public comment session is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and to end at 12:30 p.m. or when the last caller is finished speaking, whichever comes first.

Callers may call in up to 30 minutes early to get into the queue to speak.

To provide public comment telephonically, follow the following steps:

A Spanish interpreter will be available.

Please note that when providing telephonic public comment, the use of a landline is encouraged, but not required, as mobile phones may not provide sufficient call quality or clarity for transcription of telephonic comments by a court reporter.

Written public comments may be submitted by mailing a letter referencing Docket No. WS-01303A-20-0298 and WS-02987A-20-0298 to Arizona Corporation Commission, Consumer Services Section, 1200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007, or by submitting comments on the Commission's website (www.azcc.gov) using "Cases and Open Meetings" and "Make a Public Comment in a Docket."
