REMINDER: LA Fitness Grand Opening Party Aug 3rd!

An impressive highlight of San Tan Valley's new LA Fitness club is the HIIT by LAF Workout Studio. This specially-designed studio allows class participants of any age or fitness level to set their own pace and scale the intensity of their workout to match their abilities. Participants monitor their heart rate and intensity level through a combination of cardio, muscle conditioning, strength training and physical endurance intervals.

In addition, the 34,000-square-foot club offers an array of amenities, including:

• state-of-the-art equipment and free weights
• a full basketball court
• a 25-yard, three-lane lap pool
• whirlpool spa
• separate group exercise studios with

  • aqua fitness
  • kickboxing

• and the Kids Klub

The Grand Opening will be taking place Saturday, Aug 3, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. During the celebration, you are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day of complimentary fitness activities and events including:

• Tours of the state-of-the-art facility and its new HIIT by LAF workout studio
• A Boot Camp clinic at 11 a.m. with personal training staff
• Phoenix Suns Dancers 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. for autographs and pictures
• Group exercise opportunities, including a Zumba class at noon
• A basketball free-throw event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Complimentary face painting in the Kids Klub from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (fees may apply for Kids Klub)

Healthy snacks will also be available throughout the day, and guests will have the opportunity to enter to win a new Apple iPad® and sign up for a complimentary HIIT by LAF workout.
