San Tan Valley mom and owner of Sparkle Monster creates unique jewelry
Stacy Marshall of Sparkle Monster creates statement-piece jewelry by bringing digital designs to life. Using laser cut acrylic, she elevates the everyday fashion aesthetic into something more fun and whimsical.
Several themes can be found in her jewelry collections such as pop culture, retro and kitsch. Her work often refers to a world where light-heartedness rules.This business of handcrafting unique items was spawned out of Stacy's necessity to stay home with her son when he was a newborn baby. She was reluctant to put him in a daycare due to not wanting to be away from him as well as high daycare costs. So Stacy thought she would put her creativity to work and 12 years later, she's still at it!
Sparkle Monster's colorful and detailed jewelry pieces can be found on Etsy, Amazon, and at local vendor shows. Using her background from The University of Arizona (Bachelor's of Fine Arts), she creates her acrylic jewelry in her home studio where the process begins with a digital design and ends with the hand assembly of each piece.
Stacy Marshall currently lives and works in San Tan Valley with her husband, two kids and four dogs.
