Mesa Gas, San Tan Valley's Natural Gas Provider, is set to undergo a significant upgrade to its customer information and utility billing system, scheduled from Thursday, February 22, at 7 p.m. through Sunday, February 25. This system enhancement aims to improve service delivery and customer experience. During this period, the convenience of making online or telephone utility bill payments will be unavailable. Recognizing the importance of maintaining access to payment options, Mesa Gas has arranged for four self-service payment kiosks to remain available for customer convenience. These kiosks are situated at strategic locations to serve customers effectively. Three of these kiosks can be found at the Mesa Municipal Building, located at 55 N. Center St., offering easy access for residents in the area. Another kiosk is available at the East Mesa Service Center, positioned at 6935 E. Decatur St., near the north-facing entry doors, catering to the needs of customers in the eastern part of the service area.

It's important to note that any payments made through these kiosks during the system upgrade period will not be immediately reflected on the customer's utility account balance. The updates to account balances will be processed and visible by Monday, February 26, once the new system is fully operational.
