The Arizona Women's Partnership, Inc., an all-volunteer philanthropic non-profit, formed in 2002 and based in Phoenix, provides grants to grass roots charities that assist underserved women and children at risk in AZ. After hitting their $500,000 mark, they are able to award another $52,500 in grants. "This is a huge milestone", notes Paula Cullison, Arizona Women's Partnership founder and President. "We are definitely the little engine that could", Cullison added.

The Pan De Vida Foundation, a local San Tan Valley non profit organization, is one of this year's recipients.

The AZWP Grant Selection Committee (who met via email) was unanimous in its decision.

"We are so appreciative and thankful to have received the Arizona Women's Partnership Grant 2020 for $2000," said Pan De Vida Founder Mary Gloria.  "The funds will go towards the much needed "Kid's and Senior Citizens" Community Garden that we are working to build in San Tan Valley."

The Arizona Women's Partnership has been able to assist over 80 charities that address critical needs. "The Arizona Women's Partnership is especially grateful to the Violent M. Johnson Family Foundation for their generosity which has amounted to $340,000 over the past 13 years. In this wonderful way, they continue to honor their maternal grandmother," Cullison added.

"May the Arizona Women's Partnership Organization be blessed for all they do, for the small non-profits," said Gloria.
