FOUND: Kurt "JR" Holbrook Jr Missing
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office is searching for 43 year old Kurt "JR" Holbrook Jr.
He was last seen on June 27, 2022 after being discharged from Banner Ironwood hospital.Holbrook suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) several years ago that left him with no short term memory and slurred speech.
It is unlikely he knows where he is.
He was last seen wearing a blue pattern shirt, khaki shorts, and flip flops. He has a scar on the side of his head due to his TBI.If you see him, please call 520-866-5111.
UPDATE: Kurt has been found safe.
