San Tan Valley customers can call 1-800-383-0834 and press option 1 (after the welcome message plays) to speak to a customer service agent who can help with customers moving in, moving out and providing them with their new EPCOR account number. Typically EPCOR answer calls within 30 seconds but, due to their system outage, their phone lines are experiencing high call volumes. San Tan Valley customers can then use their new account number to create an online profile at https://myaccount.epcor.com. Once they have an online account they can manage their account – payments, starting and stopping service, set up preferences, and more. Customers can also download EPCOR's mobile app (EPCOR USA) from the Google Play or Apple App stores and access their profile from their smartphones. Customers can also mail payments to PO Box 83006 in Prescott, Arizona.

EPCOR's in-person locations remain closed due to COVID, though, and walk-ins or in-person are not accepted.
