Johnson Utilities LLC, hereby notifies the Arizona Corporation Commission that its founder, George H Johnson, has removed himself from all management of the utility effective immediately in order to devote his time to defending himself until he is cleared of the recent charges. Johnson Utilities will continue to serve its customers without distraction.
The notice was filed against Docket No WS-02987A-08-0180, for the matter of the application of Johnson Utilities LLC, DBA Johnson Utilities Company, for an increase in its water and wastewater rates for customers within Pinal County, Arizona.
