The Pinal County Public Health Services District is pleased to announce October's diabetes classes will give attendees tips on managing their disease.

Managing Diabetes; The Basics will be taught by Steri Steincamp, MS, RDN. The class will cover monitoring blood glucose levels, hypoglycemia, physical activity, diet, medications and lab results.

The Pinal County Public Health Services District will hold the second of their series of four classes for diabetics on Thursday, February 26, beginning at 3:00 PM.

A male from Casa Grande has been confirmed with the infection and is currently receiving medical care while recovering.
