Beginning Wednesday August 7th, Pinal County Animal Control will be offering dog licensing from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Pioneer Justice Court Complex on Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley.

A zero tolerance traffic enforcement operation was conducted at every San Tan Valley school within the jurisdiction of PCSO on the mornings of July 30th and July 31st, 2019.

EPCOR Update June 27th

EPCOR has finalized the 2018 water quality reports for the two districts in the Johnson Utilities service area. These annual reports are required by state and federal agencies for all regulated community water systems and compile testing data on dozens of regulated contaminants. They are pleased to report that the water in the Johnson Utilities service area meets all current state and federal safety regulations.

Bonanza, Morning Suns Farm and San Tan Heights Customers  Asked to Limit Non-Essential Water Use

July is typically the highest-use month of the year for water in Arizona and significant work has been done to put the Johnson Utilities system in position to meet peak demand. These improvements include improvements to San Tan #1 well, which now adds approximately 600 gallons per minute (gpm) to the system and will be capable of producing nearly double that amount once a power upgrade is completed mid-July.

Portions of south-central Arizona, including San Tan Valley are under an excessive heat warning from 10am Thursday to 8pm Friday.

Arizona Corporation Commission Approves Epcor's 3 Year Capital Improvement Plan

On July 18, the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) reviewed and discussed a recommended $129 million capital improvement plan that prioritizes water and wastewater infrastructure improvements necessary for the Johnson Utilities system over the next three years.

J.O. Combs Unified School District to Host Summer Job Fair

The J.O. Combs Unified School District will host its Second Annual Summer Job Fair on Thursday, June 6 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Combs Traditional Academy Gymnasium, located at 37327 N Gantzel Rd., San Tan Valley, AZ 85140. This free event is open to the public and will provide job seekers with the opportunity to interview on-site for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.
