Drivers in San Tan Valley should prepare for a temporary road closure later this month as work begins on railroad crossing improvements along Judd Road.

From Thursday, June 20 through Sunday, June 23, Judd Road will be closed at the Resolution Railroad tracks, located just west of Attaway Road. Crews will be making improvements to the railroad crossing during this time.

Local traffic will still be permitted on Quail Run Lane and Judd Road west of the closure, but through traffic will need to follow posted detour routes. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, expect delays, and allow extra travel time while the work is underway.
