Uncle Bears Grill and Bar - a Doggie's Paradise

They had a delectable menu with Bearly beginnings (appetizers), Burgers, Chicken, and then some (Continuing the list of sandwiches). They had Sliders, Gourmet Pizza,  Pasta, Tex-Mex Bites, Doghouse Drinks and to appease your sweet tooth, there were Doggie Treats for dessert.

The manager stated they would accommodate people on special food programs.  They had gluten free bread and as well as whole wheat on request.  They would accommodate people on a heart healthy and weight loss diet, as an example they could make the Turkey Avocado melt  without the bacon, mayo, and cheese and put it on whole wheat bread that isn’t grilled.  For Diabetics, Heart healthy and dieters there are wonderful salads.  Request the dressing on the side.  As Diabetics realize that both sugar and bread will elevate the blood sugar, consequently a salad might be the preferred selection.  There was a great selection.

The food was served in a plastic basket with a paper protector.

There is patio dining when weather permitting.  Bring your own peanut shells.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and I plan on visiting again.

Tip: if you have an ambulation problem, find the front door before you park.
