Longest zipline in Arizona opens to the public

AZA is the first Zipline Eco Tour in Southern Arizona. It is a five-span zipline tour on the backside on Mount Lemmon.

The shortest span is 400 feet, and the longest is 1,500 feet, which also happens to be the longest zipline in the state.

The cost is $79 for general admission and $69 for 15 and under, military and seniors over 65.  The ticket price is for the Zipline Eco-tour which includes zipping down all 5 of the ziplines which range from 400ft to 1500 ft. There is some minimal hiking between platforms, and the tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

The minimum weight to ride is 50 pounds while the maximum is 250 pounds. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

For those not scared of heights, there is also a 45-foot leap of faith and a 40-foot-tall giant swing.
