11th Annual Community Fair is back Oct 2, 2021
You're invited to the 11th Annual Cultural Festival Health, Social & Community Fair hosted by Pan de Vida Foundation and Chicanos Por La Causa. This annual cultural festival is a wonderful opportunity to spend the day outdoors with your family and friends meeting local businesses offering products and services to our community. It's also a great way to showcase your service or business to our community.
The day is filled with vendors' sharing their information, entertainment throughout the day, fun activities for kids, games, a rock wall climb and loads of freebies for everyone!Other, great things on the agenda include raffles, food and drinks for purchase.
Pan de Vida Foundation concerns itself with the health of the Children, Senior Citizens and Families of the community and continues to provide free flu shots and many other health, dental, vision, social services and screenings.

Application and Payment are due by September 01, 2021, to reserve your space. A $20 late fee applies after 9/02/21. Please make payment to the Pan de Vida Foundation, PO Box 745 Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
