Johnson Utilities LLC, received certified lab results showing nitrate levels at 8.87 mg/L which is below the regulatory maximum contaminant level of 10 mg/L. Johnson Utilities, LLC hereby lifts its drinking water warning that had been previously issued on June 28, 2017, for the Johnson Ranch, Copper Basin, Rancho Bella Vista, and Rancho Bella Vista South subdivisions.

Johnson Utilities water has high levels of nitrate in portions of the Copper Basin Subdivision.

Families living in the Johnson Utility water area of Pinal County, are being warned to avoid using tap water after high levels of nitrate were detected.

A water warning was distributed by ADEQ on Friday evening, alerting residents in San Tan Valley and Florence who are serviced by Johnson Utilities, to not drink the water, after 2 separate tests showed high nitrate levels.
