After taking a break during the summer, First Pitch Athletics is back and ready to bring the community together once again through the love of baseball. With a new location and updated start time, this local group is set to hit it out of the park, offering free baseball training sessions for enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.

Starting this Saturday, First Pitch Athletics will host their no-cost training sessions at the Laredo Ranch Baseball Field, with activities beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Led by Josh McDevitt, First Pitch Athletics has made its mark as a welcoming and inclusive organization that prioritizes accessibility and community engagement. Whether you're a beginner picking up a glove for the first time or a seasoned player looking to sharpen your skills, this group provides a space for everyone to enjoy the sport.

"We believe it's super important to have access to no-cost training," says McDevitt. And it's not just about baseball—participants can expect shade, snacks, and drinks, ensuring a fun and comfortable experience for all.

Open to All Ages

Sessions are open to participants of all ages, making this initiative a unique opportunity for families, friends, and neighbors to bond over America's favorite pastime. From kids eager to learn to seniors reconnecting with the game, everyone is welcome to step up to the plate.
