NOTE: No recommendation (ROO) has been filed by the Administrative Law Judge as of yet regarding whether an Interim Manager should be appointed to take over management of Johnson Utilities. On June 6, 2018, a procedural conference was requested by the Utilities Division to be scheduled at the judge's earliest convenience. "It is Staff's belief that the circumstances surrounding the cause for the low water pressure and the well pump failure relate directly to the managerial and technical capabilities of the current nnanagernent of Johnson Utilities, which is directly at issue in this Order To Show Cause. Staff requests this procedural conference to discuss how best to make this new information part of the record in this case so that it may be considered by the Commission in determining whether it is appropriate to appoint an interim manager for Johnson Utilities."BLOG COMMENTS POWERED BY DISQUS
