Poston Butte High School To Open BroPher Bistro to Public
The plan for the project includes a shaded eating area complete with tables and a gas grill, a greenhouse designed to produce fresh herbs and garnishes for the culinary department. The eating area is considered to be an annex for the BroPher Bistro, the PBHS Culinary Department restaurant. The area will be open to the public for lunch from 11:00AM until 12:00PM daily. In addition, the area can be reserved by clubs and athletic teams for their after season award banquets.
Ground was broken for the project on Monday November 4, 2013 with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony scheduled for 12 PM on January 10th 2014.
