PBHS Culinary Students Give Back

It's no secret that the culinary students at Poston Butte High School in San Tan Valley are making waves in their community with their exceptional culinary skills and their willingness to give back. Recently, the students of Poston Butte High School's Chapter of FCCLA teamed up with King Arthur Baking Company to participate in the Bake for Good event. This event involved baking loaves of bread and gifting them back to the community. For almost a month, the students learned all about yeast and the various types of bread, and they were given the opportunity to express their creativity with Quick Breads, Biscuits, and Sourdoughs. This service project not only allowed the students to showcase their newfound knowledge but also allowed them to give back to their community.
