FUSD Trakas Named Director of Technology and Curricular Innovation
“Nick Trakas is a professional in every sense of the word," said Superintendent Chris Knutsen. "We are lucky to have him in the role and look forward to his helping FUSD build our district by design."
Mr. Trakas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position.He has been with the Florence Unified School District for 13 years, 2 years as a teacher and the last 11 years as an Educational Technology Specialist.Mr. Trakas has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction – Technology from Grand Canyon University and he is currently the President of the Arizona Technology in Education Association (AzTEA).
