Recently, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office has been getting questions or hearing about incidents that are posted on social media but have not been reported to law enforcement. PCSO is encouraging neighbors to keep each other informed, but the first notification should be to your law enforcement if you have witnessed a crime or want to report suspicious activity.
PCSO cannot start an investigation based on social media posts. If you have any specific first-hand knowledge of an incident, please call PCSO and help them keep our community safe.
If you live in an area serviced by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, you can call 911 or the non-emergency number at (520)866-5111. You can also download their app on your smartphone. Just search for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office in your app store. There is a "tip" section. Those tips go directly to PCSO's 911 dispatchers. Please call 911 for any life-threatening emergency.
