The caller claimed to be a relative, in some cases, they were now in jail after a vehicle accident. The caller did not identify as an inmate with Pinal County Jail but from various facilities from across the nation. Fortunately, the people who were called realized that it was a possible scam and hung up before the caller could get any information from them. They called the (855) 355-0358 number back and reported the call to our detention staff.
PCSO blocked the numbers of the people who received phone calls. If you received a call from our Adult Detention Center, please hang up and do not give any personal information to the caller.
