Jury Questionnaires Are in the Mail and You Have 10 Days
Pinal County is mailing jury questionnaires, and anyone who receives one has 10 days to return it.
It Is Not a Summons
A questionnaire is not a jury summons. It does not mean you have been called to serve or that you need to appear anywhere.
The court uses it to decide who qualifies for the jury pool. Names are drawn at random. If you are selected to serve after that, a separate summons comes in the mail later.
Do It Online
You can complete the questionnaire at pinaljury.az.gov, or by scanning the QR code printed on the back of the form.
The county says filing online is faster and more secure, and you can do it from anywhere. If you complete it online, do not also mail the paper copy back.
If you would rather use the paper form, postage is already paid.
If You Need to Be Excused
You can ask to be excused when you fill out the questionnaire. Send any required documentation along with it, either in the mail or uploaded through the online form.
Excusals for health reasons need a medical form, which the county provides.
Why the 10 Days Matter
Returning the questionnaire is not optional. The county warns that missing the 10-day window can carry a penalty under the law.
Questions go to the Pinal County Jury Office at 520-509-3555.
