Celebrate the season with loved ones by taking on an adventure! Two opportunities at Lost Dutchman State Park give you the experience of a hike under the glow of the full moon.
Discover the Superstition Mountains with a 2.5-mile hike in the park. Hikers will follow Jacob’s Crosscut Trail, a moderately difficult walk with views of the incredible mountain range and the stars sparkling overhead.
This unique experience is a great opportunity for visitors and residents alike to find a whole new perspective of this landmark site full of legend and mystery. Plus, as a holiday treat, gather ‘round the campfire after the hike to roast marshmallows (marshmallows and sticks provided) and connect with your fellow hikers.
Find comfort and joy in a celebration of the holidays around a flickering fire and enjoy treats with the whole family.
No pets, please. There is a limit of 100 hikers for each night, so please call the park in advance to reserve your space: 480 982-4485.
