Johnson Utilities Thinks We're A Dangerous Faction?!

Let us be 100% clear - our mission is NOT to incorporate. Our mission is to FINALLY be given the RIGHT to decide IF we, the residents of San Tan Valley, WANT to vote on whether or not to incorporate and if we do, that we will be allowed to follow the steps as outlined in AZ Statute to put the initiative on the ballot. That is all! If the people of this community want to put the intiative on the ballot - and if they complete all that is needed to hold a vote, then the residents of San Tan Valley will be able to vote YES or NO on incorporation.

We are sick and tired of certain neighboring communities BLOCKING our right to put an initiative on the ballot and that is what we are fighting to stop.

If is unfortunate that our utility company will waste ink and space to throw misinformation about incorporation, costs, taxes, etc down your throat this month, while previous newsletters were filled with propaganda encouraging residents to be annexed into the Town of Florence.

Wake up folks - don't be fooled by these "newsletters". They are not only misleading but they are trying to distract you from what our group is actually attempting to do. Help us get our ‪#‎AmericanRightToVote‬!
