Home Sales Prices Continue Upward Trend

Residential home prices in Pinal County rose an average of 4.6 percent in the third quarter of 2015, when compared to the July through September period of last year. The average sale price rose from $166,632 in 2014 to $174,266 in 2015. The average size for residential properties in the county increased slightly from 1,964 square feet a year ago to 2,005 over the most recent three months.

So many people are distracted by the holidays that they wouldn’t think of having time to look for a home… or do they? A lot of agents out there hang up their business for the holidays in anticipation that inventory will dwindle and purchases slow down to concentrate on the busyness of the holiday season upon us.
