Executive Order Prevents Businesses From Being Evicted During this Time
An Executive Order was issued today by the Governor to protect businesses from being evicted during this time. The order can be printed and downloaded here and we encourage you to show it to your landlord if you rent a commercial or office space and they try to evict you.
State of Arizona Executive Order 2020-21
Numbers #1 through #10 include the different types of businesses and the protections they have as tenants.The Order expires May 31, 2020 and covers any eviction attempts beginning March 11, 2020.
