The Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) Corporations Division has announced that its current online business filings system, eCorps, will soon be replaced with a new and improved portal — Arizona Business Connect — launching in December 2025.

Designed to enhance the customer experience, the new portal will make starting, managing, and maintaining a business in Arizona simpler and more efficient.

• 24/7 Chat Bot Assistance: Get guidance anytime with an always-available virtual assistant.
• Real-Time Filing Tracking: Monitor the status of your filings from submission to completion.
• Address Verification: Added security to help combat fraud and ensure accuracy.
• Expanded Online Filing Options: New services such as mergers, conversions, domestications, and copy requests.
• Streamlined Processes: Improved flows for common filings including amendments and annual reports.

The Commission says Arizona Business Connect represents a major technological advancement in how Arizona businesses interact with the state, offering a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

The new portal will continue to provide free online services and is expected to fully replace eCorps upon launch.
