Albert Robbs, a former employee in the Pinal County Recorder’s Office, has been sentenced to three years in prison for assisting a criminal syndicate and two years for unlawful possession of an access device. Pinal County Superior Court Judge Boyd Johnson also ordered on Sept. 27 that the sentences should run consecutively with no credit for jail time served.
