Pinal County Medical Examiner's Office to Participate in Statewide "Missing in Arizona" Event October 18
Families and friends affected by the disappearance of a loved one are invited to attend the annual "Missing in Arizona" event on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Arizona State University's West Valley Campus in Glendale. The event is free and open to the public.
The Pinal County Medical Examiner's Office will join agencies from across the state to assist families in gathering and sharing vital information to help locate missing persons. Officials will be available throughout the day to take reports, collect details and identifiers, and obtain DNA samples from close family members to create profiles that can aid in ongoing investigations.
Families attending are encouraged to bring photographs, medical and dental records, and fingerprints of their missing loved ones to help officials build as complete a profile as possible.
A candlelighting ceremony honoring Arizona's missing individuals will take place at noon, followed by a support group session from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for families and loved ones seeking connection and emotional support.
While the main event is open to all, reservations are required to participate in the support group. Those interested canregister here.
