Why all this compassion for the illegals in our country?

I cannot understand why there is still de­bate and uproar about people who come il­legally and how there can be an American citizen defending these people.

Every other nationality that comes to this country illegally gets punished for breaking the law unless from Mexico. What makes them so special?

If you or I entered Mexico (or any other country for that matter) illegally we would not be allowed to roam free, steal an iden­tity, use their Social Security Number, abuse their welfare system, get free medical, com­mit crimes, rape and murder.

Why then all this compassion for the ille­gals in our country? Would someone please explain this to me.

I am proud that I came to this wonderful country legally, even though it took a long time to get a visa, and I am proud to have become an American citizen who respects the law.
