Two San Tan Valley Men Busted for Residential Burglaries

Two San Tan Valley Men Busted for Residential Burglaries

Two San Tan Valley men have been arrested and charged with thefts related to residential burglaries in the STV area.

Nikolaus Schmidt and Justin Ratliff busted after they got into a minor fender bender.

Deputies who work that region recognized their white pickup as one similar to a truck caught on surveillance leaving a Wal Mart after two suspects tried to use a credit card that was stolen from a Johnson Ranch home.

Deputies also found two laptops belonging to victims of recent home burglaries.

The Public Information Officer advises management of community relations’ projects and activities and answer questions concerning the Sheriff’s Office from the public, media, employees and other jurisdictions.

Elias has an extensive media background and is a decorated graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, where he earned his degree in broadcast journalism.  Elias has worked not only in the Phoenix media market as a reporter but also in his home state of Iowa.
