In January of 2011, the Mammoth office temporarily closed due to constraints on resources as well as usage patterns. Clerk of the Superior Court, Chad A. Roche remained committed to reopening the office as soon as resources would permit. “We took the time to analyze the situation from all perspectives,” said Roche, “and conditions are now favorable to re-opening Mammoth.”
After just one year in office, Clerk Roche has prioritized resources while closing fiscal year 2010/2011 a full 6% under budget. By utilizing prudent fiscal practices, Roche and his management team have trimmed wasteful policies and procedures, permitting reallocation of funds to provide expanded services for the public.
A process called WorkFlow will enable the staff at the Mammoth office to remain active and productive during the inevitable “down times” at the satellite. “This process enables the employee to be fully utilized, and to remain integrated with the main office in Florence. I look forward to re-opening this satellite office” said Roche.
Details and a firm re-opening date will follow.
