Greetings J.O. Combs Families,

It is with great excitement and high expectations that the Combs staff and I welcome you to the 2011-2012 school year. This school year we are prepared to welcome over 4,400 students and are excited to have our first Combs High School graduating class—the Combs Coyote class of 2012!


In our on-going efforts to provide consistent and timely information and improved student achievement, I am proud to share that the Combs School District will be implementing a new web-based grading program which will allow parents to electronically retrieve and receive detailed information on their children’s grades and homework assignments. This program, JupiterGrades (formerly known as SnapGrades), will be implemented at the start of the school year and parents will receive specific information from their child’s school.

The J.O. Combs staff is committed to providing quality education in a safe and caring environment to our students. We look forward to partnering with you, our J.O. Combs families, so that we can work together to provide the best education for your children.

I wish you and your children a successful school year, and I look forward to seeing many of you at the numerous events and functions that will be held throughout the year.
