When is the best time to sell your home?

Most newbies will tell us June, July or August.

But the best time to list and sell your home is actually November and December! Why? There are several reasons!

In June the number of homebuyers may go up but the number of listed Homes goes through the roof! In December we still have buyers but we have very little inventory.  We have Canadian and Mid-west Farmers returning to the warm sunny Arizona desert. We have 1000’s of snow birds and we still have people being transferred for jobs.

People always are moving into Arizona for jobs and at the end of the year the transferee’s spike. So the number of buyers to Homes for sell ratio makes it a great time to sell.

Secondly, everyone’s home looks its best for the Holidays. People will pay a little more for a house they can see as a home and nothing says home like the holidays.
