Driver with Revoked License - Drives Impaired Again Causing a Collision which Injures Four
On Friday, January 11th, 2013 at 6:50 p.m. the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two vehicle head-on-collision on Combs Road just west of Kenworthy in San Tan Valley.
The investigation determined a minivan was traveling eastbound properly within its lane. The SUV was traveling westbound but crossed over the raised median, over several cacti and crashed head-on into the minivan. First, I want to thank you for notifying me that you were involuntarily forcing an ‘at-will- position on me. I want to thank you for punitively reducing my pay by approximately $15,000. I want to thank you for ensuring that your executive staff relayed the message to me that once ‘at-will’, I would face termination.
Single Vehicle Fatal Collision in San Tan Valley
On Friday, January 4, 2013, at 6:15 p.m. the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle collision on Bella Vista Road approximately one quarter mile west of Quail Run in San Tan Valley.
When deputies arrived on scene, they observed a 1997 Toyota 4 Runner crashed into an SRP metal power pole with a concrete retainer.
The sole occupant of the vehicle was Donna Love, (age 47 of San Tan Valley). Ms. Love was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Convicted in 1992 of Sodomy in Montana, his victim was a 13 year old girl, he received 5 years of probation. In 1995 he was convicted of deviant sexual assault in the 2nd degree. His probation was revoked and he received 16 years in prison. His victim on the second case was a 16 year old female.PCSO Investigating Child Drowning Case
On Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 1:34 p.m. the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call from William Miller (age 26, San Tan Valley) indicating his 4 month old baby had possibly drowned. Deputies responded to the 4800 block of East Whitehall Drive, San Tan Valley. The first deputy arrived on the scene within a few minutes and relieved William from doing CPR on the child.
The deputy and a sergeant who was on scene continued providing the child CPR until medics arrived. The child was provided additional medical treatment and then transported by air ambulance to Cardon Children’s Hospital in Mesa where she was later pronounced deceased.
PCSO Found and Unclaimed Property Website is Now Live
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office, Evidence Unit's - "Found and Unclaimed Property" website is now live.
Whenever a deputy turns in Found Property from anywhere in Pinal County to the Evidence Unit and the owner is unknown, a photograph is taken of the items and the pictures are then posted on this website for the public to view. Also posted on the website will be items whose owners are known but the Evidence Unit does not have contact information for.Pinal County Deputies Association Endorses Ty Morgan for Pinal County Sheriff
